SELF GUIDED / SELF DRIVE

The hotels for this trip are located in Toulouse for all 3 evenings. Read below for a daily itinerary.

This package includes the following:

Entry to Etape
Room on 14th, 15th and 16th
Breakfast on 15th, 16th and 17th
Optional shuttle transfer on the day of the Etape

Cost:
$695.00/person based on double occupancy
$535.00/person for non riders

OPTIONAL:

We will offer a shuttle system to take you from the hotel in Toulouse to the start in Foix and from the finish in Loudenvielle back to the hotel. If you wish to book this optional service, you will need to have your bike in Foix on the 15th at the bike park provided by the Etape organizers.

Cost is $85/person

It is possible to do this trip without a vehicle by using our Optional shuttle service. The Hotel in Toulouse is convenient to the train station and there is frequent service between Foix and Toulouse. Some trains will accept bikes so you can take your bike to registration on the 15th. We can assist with train tickets if needed

DAILY ITINERARY

July 14th: Arrive in Toulouse and check into your hotel. You will want to go by the Etape start Village to pick-up your race bag/number either today or tomorrow
July 15th: If you haven't been to Foix to register for the race yesterday, today is the time to do it. From Toulouse there are trains to Foix directly, but you will need to get to the Start Village which won't necessarily be by the train-station. If you are planning on using our shuttle service tomorrow to get you to the start and from the arrival, we also require that you have your bike at the bike park this evening.
July 16th: This is what you are here for; the Etape du Tour. You'll be racing the entire stage 15 of this year's Tour, 196km and 5 climbs are on tap for today. You will have an early breakfast and drive to Foix. We anticipate the race start to be at 7:00am and the end of race to be at 6:00pm. If you have chosen to use our shuttle service; we will be driving you to Foix this morning and will be providing you with an entry to a Spa/Wellness/Massage treatment center located just 30 yards from the arrival. This center will also be are welcome base and meeting point after the race. This means that after having ridden the grueling Etape, you will be able to soak in warm swimming pools with water jet, enjoy a hot-tub or steam room or even get a massage from one of the licensed therapists we have made sure will be on hand, while awaiting the time to shuttle back to Toulouse. July 17th: Check out after breakfast.

Registrations:
All places are on a first come first serve basis. A deposit is required to reserve a spot. If places are still available when we receive your application along with deposit, you will receive notification of your registration. If the trip is sold out, you will be given the option to be placed on a waiting list. Waitlist order is on a first come first serve basis as well.
