Our clients come from:

Sign up for a great challenge combining the most prestigious Cycling races in Europe in the Summer and take part in the Tour de France. You will be able to take part in the 20th anniversary of the Maratona dles Dolomites which attracts 8500 cyclist, ride the mythical Marmotte and take part in the most sought after Etape du Tour. In addition, you will be granted restricted access to 3 Tour de France stages;

- Exclusive VIP hospitality access to stage finish in Joigny (stage #4)

- Ride stage Chablis to Autun in its entirety (stage #5) with Race Officials vehicle opening the road (option to reduce the ride length) and our sag wagon support

- Crossing of finish line in Autun (stage #5)

- Photo on the official Tour de France Podium (stage #5)

- Exclusive VIP access to Start Village and riders area in Semur en Auxois (stage #6)

ITINERARY

SUMMER CHALLENGE 2007

Rate : $6375.00

17 nights, 18 days - June 29th to July 17th

Pick up in Italy / Venice Airport - Drop off in Toulouse Airport / Train Station

Highlights: Ride the Maratona dles Dolomites, Marmotte Etape du Tour, + restricted access to the Tour de France + classic climbs such as Stelvio, Gavia, Finestre, Izoard, etc.

ITINERARY

The trip can be broken down into 5 segments:

- June 29th to July 2nd: Maratona dles Dolomites

- July 2nd to July 5th; Dolomites and Alpine rides

- July 5th to 9th: Marmotte

- July 10th to 14th: Tour de France

- July 14th to 17th; Etape du Tour

June 29th to July 2nd: Maratona dles Dolomites

You will take part in our trip Option#2 to the Maratona (click here for complete details). This segment includes the following:
- Guaranteed entry to the Maratona race

- Mechanical Assistance for those riding (help setting up / breaking down bikes)

- 3 nights in an 4 star hotel in double occupancy (extra fee for single occupancy)
- Breakfasts daily

- Dinners daily

- Transportation from/to Venice airport

- Bike Shorts and Bike Jersey

July 2nd to July 5th: Dolomites and Alpine rides

After the Maratona race, we will start making our way toward France and ride some of the famous passes on the way.

- July 2nd; we will ride the Stelvio and Gavia passes before spending the evening in Bergamo

- July 3rd; after an early start we will ride the Colle dell Finestre. Those who just can't get enough will also be able to ride the climb to Sestriere and finish in Briancon where we will spend the night

- July 4th; riding from the hotel we will climb the col d'Izoard. There will be an option to ride up the col d'Agnel (Agnello... depending on which side of the border you live on!). Evening will be spent in Briancon

This segment includes:

- Mechanical Assistance for those riding (help setting up / breaking down bikes)

- 3 nights hotel in double occupancy (extra fee for single occupancy)
- Breakfasts daily

- Dinners daily

- Transportation throughout

- Daily rides

July 5th to July 9th: Marmotte

On July 5th you will start our Marmotte Option#2 (click here for complete details) trip which will be guided and supported. This segment includes:

This package includes the following:
- Guaranteed entry to la Marmotte + Time trial up Alpe d'Huez the next day
- Room for the nights of July 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9th
- Dinners on the nights of July 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9th
- Breakfasts on morning of July 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10th
- Transportation throughout

- Bullet train to Roissy airport for pickup of next segment
- Services of our guide

July 10th to July 14th: Tour de France

Tour de France riding/viewing/participating. You will take part in our VIP Access Burgundy trip (click here for complete details). This segment includes the following:

- Room from 10th to 13th (inc.)
- Breakfast daily
- Dinner on all but one night
- Exclusive VIP hospitality access to stage finish in Joigny (Stage #4)
- Ride Chablis - Autun (stage #5) with 2 Custom Getaways support vans with on-course accreditation and official Tour de France vehicle escort over the last 20km
- Crossing of finish line in Autun (stage #5)
- Photos on the official Tour de France Podium (stage #5)
- Exclusive access to technical area and rider's area at start of stage #6 in Semur en Auxois.

You will take part in our Etape du Tour Trip #4 (click here for complete details). This segment includes the following:

- Entry to Etape
- Room from 14th to 16th (inc.)
- Breakfast daily
- Dinner daily
- 1 Separate and private feed/water zone
- Transportation from/to Toulouse airport/train station
- Transportation from/to arrival/start of the race as needed
- Pre-registration to the race (you will not need to line up to pick up your race numbers and sign in)
- Daily guided and supported rides from 11th to 15th
- Mechanic to assist with bike setup/breakdown
- Luggage transfer between hotels
- Staff on site.
