What happens when you mix Alpe d'Huez with Triathlon?

A very unique course...

The swim portion of the event takes place in the pristine waters of the EDF lake in Vaujany.

The ride is challenging as you might expect and two climbs (Alpe du Grand Serre and Col d'Ornon) serve as appetizers to the mythical climb up the 21 switchbacks of Alpe d'Huez.

Finally the run takes place at 2000m (6560') elevation and ends in the center of ski resort.

Long Distance = 2.2km + 115km + 22km

Short Distance = 1.2km + 30km + 7km

This event falls immediately after the arrival of the Tour de France in Paris and we also offer an option to take part in the event with VIP seating!

Travel in confidence knowing we are Official Travel partners of the Alpe d'Huez Triathlon presented by EDF.
